The grand finale of the 2016 Fringe in the Fen once again features a stunning Proms in the Park at Fenstanton Manor. A traditional Proms finale, the evening will begin with a performance by the Huntingdonshire Concert Band.
The band’s repertoire covers a range of music including military marches, stage and film music, big dance band sounds and original standard and contemporary works.
Under the direction of Festival Director Graham Ross, the evening will continue with your favourite Last Night of the Proms pieces performed by the Fen Massed Choir and – making their debut at Fringe in the Fen – the Covent Garden Chamber Orchestra.
Wave your flags to Land of Hope and Glory, be nostalgic with Nimrod, sing along to Jerusalem and come and join us in genuine celebration of England’s green and pleasant land.
