Buxtehude Membra Jesu Nostri, with Sebastian Faulks
Graham conducts the Choir of Clare College, Cambridge in two performances of Dieterich Buxtehude’s Passiontide masterpiece, Membra Jesu Nostri, with each of the seven cantatas interspersed with poetry readings from 1918 and extracts from Birdsong, read by author Sebastian Faulks. The Choir will be joined by the Chelys Consort of Viols, period instrumentalists and theorbo player Elizabeth Kenny.
